Frequently asked questions
What is a Safety Marker used for?
The Safety Marker by Chalk Ink is a versatile tool used to mark and message on any type of surface. When applied to non-porous surfaces, it can be easily removed with a damp towel. Once dry, the ink will not rub off. Because it is made with liquid ink, it will be permanent on porous surfaces. The Safety Marker is available in two tip sizes: 2mm bullet tip for small jobs and 15mm broad tip to cover larger areas. We used a fluorescent ink to make your markings and messages stand out.
How can I purchase your product?
You can place your order on this site or you can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 512-457-0522.
How do I clean the ink off?
This depends on what surface you marked. If you have a non-porous surface, like smooth metal, glass or granite our ink can be removed using water and a clean cloth. Some surfaces may require a little more elbow grease, in which case we recommend using an ammonia based cleaner, like Windex or Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser.

What happens if my package shows "delivered" yet I can't find it?
Unfortunately, we live in a time where packages are left on doorsteps and can be stolen. Once your package has been "delivered", we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We always suggest checking with neighbors or in the case of a business, check with other departments, if someone grabbed it for you.
